I am a bit curious, why does the lawyer have to be Indian?!
Anyway, there is a t7 member called vakalat and he might be worth getting in touch with.

thanks for the quick reply.
well it doenst have to be an indian lawyer. as long as the lawyer well informed in immigraton topics is and has actively dealt with such issues outside and in the court, that will be fine.
