HELP please!

Hi there:
Im writting again because nobody answer me. I just wanna know how can I do to extend my visa for studying in Germany. I am peruvian and I am living in holland for one year, i will be there until October this year. I have the rsidence permit in Holland, my visa is Schengen. Can i just extend it for studying in Germany?? I would kile to study the language (German) I heard something that I can not do it because my residence permit is not from Germany. I would really appreciate your help. thank you so much:
