H1B Query in Berlin Embassy

Hi,

I was attended H1B visa on 19th of May in Berlin Embassy.
Status: 221(g) Query (white sheet), asked to submit some papers from Employer.

Any of you having the same situation like me. My Employer is saying that he will provide all the documents in 10-20 days. What are the other steps (or some precautions) to be taken?
Presently I am working in Germany from last 20 months.

Please respond me if you have the same Query or if you know some info.
