Freelancer Job

Hello Germany,

I lost my job and my visa was on Company dependent un-till 2013 but as I lost my job now I also have to cancel my visa and resident permit. After this I have three months to look for the job and if I don't find then I have to leave Germany. I have an opportunity to work as an Freelancer in a project.

I would like to know:

1. Is am Eligible to work as a Freelancer in Germany, As I lost my job?

2. If yes then what are the process to get an Residence permit?

3. As am Working Freelancer, Can I also apply for Family reunion?
