Fach Praktikum to Greencard

Hi,

Is it possible to break the Fach Praktikum contract when we get a job option like Greencard. On passport it was mentioned clearly Fach Praktikum and the name of the company.
Any ideas?

off course.
what is in pass doesn't matter.
with GC you'll get another Visa in pass and old one will be invalidated.

If we get a GC offer from some company. So can we take that GC option.

HI,
Actually your question is littlebit confusing..
Neway ...
If you get a job offer, ofcourse you are eligible to apply for a Greencard.
And the rules for breaking of previous contract is written in your contract(In most cases,it will be 1 month notice period).
