Employment VISA Germany

Hi,
Currently I am having an Employment VISA in Germany and it is valid till Feb 2012. And right now since from Sep 1st 2011 I am staying India and want to be here for antoerh 15 days.

My question is having an employment VISA in Germany how long I can stay in India? If I stay more than a month in India will it effect my emplyment VISA?

Till you qualify your employers leave eligibility criteria.

1 month no issues, more than 3 months - can be a problem.
