hi
I m looking information for applying German spouce visa from london with the marriage certificate from india , As i m having a resident permit in london till 2013 whereas as my husband pursuing phd in germany and got resident permit till 2013 as well.so please anyone have information about this...

in my view, if you are Indian citizen, you have to file from India. or get a visiting visa from UK if you plan to work in UK parallely.

A follow inquiry, I heard that if someone is married to a German citizen, its possible for an indian national to enter UK without its specific Visa since the partner is from the EU. How true is this?
