Consequences of PR

Hi all,
Suppose if a person gets PR, what would be the disadvantages ? ...sounds like a funny question ..
As far as i can think ....
1 ) He cannot stay out of germany for more than six months i guess, else he looses the PR ... and
2) He looses the social security amount he should receive normally, if a person leaves germany before five years of his stay in germany.

i think some amount of our tax paid goes towards social security every month... and if a foreigner leaves germany before 5 years he gets back the amount paid after two years. (of course this depends on the agreement between his home country and germany , regarding the social security or pension amount.)

3) ... any thing else...??
