change of spouse visa to student visa

Hallo,

I am working in germany for past one and half year. My wife came to germany on spouse visa and then she joined a university in germany for higher studies. Now I am leaving germany and going to some other place for work. I want to know "is it possible for my wife to change her dependent visa to student visa so that she can complete her studies".
