Brother German visit visa rejected
My brother was applied for the German visit visa in Pakistan and he got rejection after two weeks with the following reasons. His Marital status is married with two kids.
1/Die vorgelegten Informationen über den Zweck und die Bedingungen des beabsichtigten Aufenthalts waren nicht glaubhaft.
2/Ihre Absicht, vor Ablauf des Visums aus dem Hoheitsgebiet der Mitgliedstaaten auszureisen, konnte nicht festgestellt werden.
Just google translate:
1/The presented information about the purpose and conditions of the intended stay were not credible.
2/your intention to depart, before the expiry of the visa from the territory of the Member States could not be found.
Can somebody please help that how to proceed now against these reasons. German embassy also mentioned that he can apply for Remonstration within one month.
What are your experiences audience? Should he apply for Remonstration? Or should he apply for visit visa again next year?

I know many ppl face the same problem.
The most importrant thing is what you brother do in pakistan (job, private business etc)? Did he gave enough documents about that? Did he apply alone or with family? Who is taking care of costs? What is your status in Germany (student/Job)? How long you are living in Germany?
As they are not sure he will come back, You can re-apply but chances are very very less that they will issue visa.
