Application for Dutch Work Permit

Dear Forum Experts,

I am Indian by birth currently having BE. I need to apply for a Dutch Work Permit. Could anyone please suggest if it is possible to get this done from Germany or is it that I have to go to India for that.

Any advice from members having similar experiences would be highly appreciated.

Having BE, you still need a work permit. Your employer should apply for the permit and when the Dutch immigration approves your application. The Dutch embassy in Germany will issue the visa, since you are a resident here.

Even your spouse is allowed to work from day 1.
