Can we download this "Antrag auf Arbeitsgenehmigung" form from Internet ??

I have another problem. As I finished my Masters I will be Ex-matriculated on 1 September 2004. But it will take some time for these people to make contract. So I am afraid that, when I go for extending my Visa in September, they will say that you are staying illegally. But I have my Visa till 17 November 2004.
Also I tried to get appointment from Ausländersbehörde for extending my Visa. But they did not reply my email. Can I go directly without any appointment ?? In the website they wrote that the dates are full for 6 weeks. I don´t know what to do now.

"Can we download this "Antrag auf Arbeitsgenehmigung" form from Internet ??", no because it's more likely that they will be giving you other form with that, it depends on the city. Köln e.g. gives 2 more forms to be filled by your employer, but I've never had that case elsewhere, like Berlin or Frankfurt.
For the 2 other points, you have to refer to the Ausländersbehörde and ask them about the isssue, their answer on this is more appropriate and if there's something cushy, ask them to confirm what they will say on paper.
