About Visa Information Cancellation. Please I need your advice
Hi,First of all i wanna say Hello.
I need an advice or Information about visa cancellation. It would be great if you could provide some information. I came from Philippines. I met my German Husband in DUbai and we live there for 7 yrs. Since 3 yrs we live here in Germany. I am holding residence visa under his sponsorship. Now we are going to separate. i would like to know if we are divorce, is my residence visa wil be automatically cancelled? last year i applied for a german passport but was denied because i must 3yrs residence in German. they are going to release my application on May 2010. My second question is: if we are divorce, my application for german passport will be denied?
Ps. i have work and i dont have child.

Well, with your current status of visa, it will be canceled if you divorce now.
The better option for you is to wait until you get German passport.

thank you for giving your advice. But how about if i am divorce am i allowed to reapply for my german passport? IF there is any options, it is ok also for me because after my divorce i am going back to DUbai and start new life if my residence will be automatically cancelled. Thanks a lot..
