400 Euro Job & Erwerbstätigkeit gestattet

400 Euro Job & Erwerbstätigkeit gestattet
Hey all....
My wife found a 400 Euro job. She has "Erwerbstätigkeit gestattet" in her passport. Does this mean she can work ? Do we need a work permit for this? Pls help...We need to apply soon.

Hallo,
As she has "Erwerbstätigkeit gestattet" in her passport, so she does not need any workpermit for any kind of job. The 400 Euro can be done without any work permit (Arbeiterlaubnis).
Donot worry and tell the company that she has the work permit to work.

Provide the company a photocopy of the passport(Residence Permit) where "Erwerbstattigkeit gestattet" is written. That is actually your "work permit", you do not need any additional work-permit after 1.1.2005

My dear folks,
I have a question!!! With that 400 € job, is it possible to extend the duration of Visa i mean the residence permit (Since i have "Erwerbstätigkeit gestattet" in my passport with limited residence permit).
Plz help me out.....

Dear Hajmola,
as far as i know , you cannot claim to extend your Visa based on 400 euro Job/mini Job.

If you have BE, you are allowed practice your profession without workpermit and for NE - no restrictions. Do you have BE or NE?
If you have BE and you want to work outside your professiona. ABH might now allow.

hei stutt23,what do u mean "ABH might 'now' allow". Does it mean now or not.
anyway i have Erwerbstätigkeit gestattet.As far as i know (from trust7) Erwerbstätigkeit gestattet means BE+Selbständig.Selbständig means i can work independently but at the moment i can't bez of my Visa limitation i mean i don't have NE and i know from Trust7 that without NE nobody can't work independently although he/she has Erwerbstätigkeit gestattet in his/her passport.
do u know anything abt this!!!!!
