Selbstkündigung/3Monat kein ALG

Hi Friends,

One of my friend was working for a company where he was not satisfy even from start of the day.This job was through a "Vermittlungsfirma".He went to vermittlungsfirma and said he is not satisfy there, they said ok then write down that you don't want to work.He did signature on the paper.He dont have any visa problem but how can he secure himself and his family for 3months arbeitsloss blockage.
He did all because he was not aware about this law of "3Monate-Sperrzeit".
