Prerequisites for starting a Store

Hello Everybody,

I have a friend who is contemplating of starting a store in Munich.

I would like to know what are the pre requisites required to start a Shop for womens clothing line with regards to following points :

1) Setting up a Shop
2) Work limits
3) Forex Regulations
4) Do we have to be German Citizens to start the store?

I would appreciate if i can get some sensible feedback or if you can share your experiences when you decided to start up a store in Munich Or if you can connect me to the Correct person.
