I need your help

I worked in Germany from October 2000 to March 2004 on the German Green card. I then transfered my appointment to my company's parent office in the UK. please I would like to know what would happen to the pension I contributed during my stay in Germany. I am an african but my wife is an european citizen, she was living with me in africa before i got the job in Germany.

Please note that my country does not have a pension agreement with German Goverment
