Appreciate from trust7 users, if anyone can tell that is there are any homeloan tax-benefits exists here on House/appartment?, If yes, where can found more information on that.

AFAIK i think the government does not support it anymore except for the cost of Handwerker or making it Energyefficient.

AFAIK they have removed Eigenheimzulage and Baukindergeld., that's one of the reason the real estate rate in Germany are at the bottom level. I have seen the price have reduced 10-30% from 2003 onwards in Hessen.
