Freelancing in Germany

Hi Everybody,
I have Niederlassungs-Erlaubnis for Germany and I am now planning to start my Career as Freelancer.

Could some one help me where to start.
1. Do I need to register a company?
If so how long is the process?
2. Where to find Freelancing contracts? Any websites?
3. Does opening a UK-Limited company allow us to also Freelance in UK? Is a work-permit required?

Thanks in advance for your help.
Have a nice weekend to all of you.

Greetings,
Praveen

Hi,

My name is also Praveen and is living Düsseldorf.
Where are you living? Are you from India/Kerala?

Since we both share the same name I would like to get in touch with you.

Best Regards,
Praveen
