Fach/Nach praktikum rule needed help

Hi all,

I finished my masters and doing going to complete one year nach praktikum ..

when I applied for this last year I was told we can do nach praktikum for 2 years ,

now my company is ready to extend it for another year ..

because of this new immigration policy..

is there any change in this rule ... any idea about this

any info about this will be higly appreciated..
