Can i get a job but i cant speak german

hai dear friends,
I did my masters in polymer technology and i am having aufennthaltserlaubnis( i am married to german citizen) visa and work permit from the arbeitsamt.
My problem is that my knowledge in german language is poor.I want to know the chances of getting a job here and what are the best websites to search the jobs.I want to know whether the arbeitsamt will help me in this case.
So dear friends could you please advise me the way to find the jobs.

low chances.
even with german it is not easy.
but if you allready have AE then learn G better and you'll find something if you are good.
