ADAC membership

Lots of us have now NE, BE etc and having better life in Germany.
Now lets think a little in the direction of safe living here!

This is a start up question.
1. Why should someone have ADAC membership when he has a 10 year old car/ or even a new car ?
2. if you have a plus memebership what is the key benifit you have.

1. They try to fix the car if it breaks down. quite useful if you don't trust your car or cannot change the tyre.

2. offers some extra things on top of normal membership
