Hai,
Iam Rajendra Prasad.A i have done masters in electrical and elctronices engineering. presently working in software based company in inida. iam having total 4 years of experince.. iam intersted to migrate or geting a work permit visa for german. so please guide me in getting a visa

To get a visa you have to manage a job first. So, probably you wanted to mean how to manage a job! I assume you know how to do it!
Probably you already noticed in this forum that there exist already some job offers. Or, you may also look some job sites and apply as per your interest and experience!

if your company has a subsidiary in germany, then they should apply for your work permit - which will help u to migrate
