Dear Friends,
I went to auslandebehorde the other day regarding possiblity of NE19, they said at first they need a letter from company that I have a special expericne. can anybody share what it should be, I work in SAP area with overall 10 yrs of experience.

Well instead of asking everyone here (and making them write), why dont you ask the ABH instead?
They are there to help you!

Hi Punar,
Just take a letter from your company, that states as follows:
You are employed with them since and as and your monthly salary is XXXX Euro, which proves that you are an important asset to the company.

Hi Punar, it is already a very good idea to ask around before going to the ABH. I think the company will be glad to help you apply for the NE as this comfort them in knowing that you are somehow speeding the process of becoming a confident and stable asset for them.
As for the "special skills" parts, this is the easiest. Highlight the specificities of your jobs and link it with your experience and have the HR write it along these line and sign it as well by your department head and this will certainly do the job. The ABH is a bunch of relatively low educated "ausgebildete" crew that won t understand any of your qualifications. Do not as them what SAP is.
