Citizenship section 8 AND section 10
Hello everybody,
I am in germany since 0ctober 2004 (7 years), i have permanent residency(§ 19 AufenthG). I applied for the German nationalityin baden-wurttemberg. I got an answer that i am not allowed to apply for section 10 because i entered German as a students. They also mention that i am only allowed to apply under section 8. Could you please, help me to understand why and what is the differences.
p.s. more info. I am working for only the last 36 months and they also asked me to make Private altersvorsorge!
