Spouse Visa

Hi, first of all i would like to say hello to everyone.
I have some questions and i hope you could really help me and give some advice. I've been married with German Man since 9 yrs and i came from philippines...we live before in DUbai and since 3 yrs we've been living here in Germanny.. Now we are having a relations problem and we are getting to separate. soon.I am carrying a 3 yrs residence visa.my quesiions are;
1.If we are separate, would my visa automatically cancelled?
2. last yr i applied for german passport, and i have to take an exam on May, if we are separate will be my application unacceptable?
