Thanks for the good news.
Does anyone know when does this come into force?
Does it have to approved by the German govt./parliament in Berlin?

I got a response from Delhi Embassy
.......
"the German Federal Parliament and the Council of the Federal States have
to approve the Ino-German Agreement on Social Insurance, after that it
will be effective. I am hopeful that this will happen towards the end of
this year."

This benefit is only for Indian employees coming to Germany on intra-company transfer.
This way CTC for companies is reduced, but benefit for employees is still the same.
German companies have successfully lobbied in Berlin.
