Regarding NE

Hello friends

I came to germany in 2003 sep and i finished my masters in 2005, since then i am working.so right now am i eligable for NE.if yes what are the documents i required to show..if no when my chance will come.some of my friends telling need to show 60 months of RV during working period.i am staying right now in bremen
