Pension Refund.
Dear All,
I have a question regarding pension refund rules. I am from India and earlier worked in Germany for close to 4.2 years and returned back to India.Its more than a year now since I am back. I am planning to apply for Pension refund at the end of 2012. If I return to Germany and stay again for 2 -3 years starting 2012-Jan, I wish to know whether I would get the Pension for 4.2years (my previous stay) + 2 years (newly planned stay). If there are any rules regarding this, please share with me.

do not apply in 2012. apply after you have finished the 4.2 yrs.
