Hello All,
I am thinking of applying for Niederlassungserlaubnis für Hochqualifizierte. I am from India. My question is if for any reason, I have to move back to India after couple of years will I get the pension back? or will not get it because of Niederlassungserlaubnis.

you will get if if you return to india and can demonstrate that you won't come back to germany for good (for example you don't get german citizenship). it is also important to plan (and ask in the pensions office) how long you will stay, afaik if you wanna stay 5 years but what if you stay 20 years and come back? I am not sure if they would be glad to give a huge amount of pension money back. but I might be wrong.
