Hm, dunno, what does this actually mean: "Diese Zulassung zum Arbeitsmarkt gilt jedoch nicht für Arbeitnehmer, die im Rahmen von
bilateralen Abkommen über Werkvertragsarbeitnehmer nach Deutschland entsandt wurden." I believe that's quite us! Or am I mistaken ? (Hopefully :P)

Not really. My friend (who is also GC) has pdf with official explanation what is means for people who are working already for more than 12 month - and it says that GC's are included - I should get copy of it on Monday or Tuesday.

A little bit out of topic but close I hope
Is Rentenversicherung going to be paid back to people who are going back their home country (before 5 years) which is going to become UE "state" after 1st of may??
Or in another words is Poland has any agreement with Germany in this issue??

it would be great to see such a document! I come from a country which will be joining EU next week so I am not really worried getting another job after my GC runs out, but some uncertainties remain and I would like to get rid of them
