Kundigung and Rest Urlaub
Hi All,
If someone would like to leave the company and he has yearly 30 days urlaub, how much he can have if he quits the company in July ?
One rule seems logical 30/12 * 7 which will be 17.5 days. I have heard if kundigung is made after June, then the person gets minimum 20 days ?
