Hello Ppl,
Does anyone have any idea if we can visit the new EU member countries from May 1st with our German resident permit? I think it would be great to vist the countries without having to worry about visa etc.

I would say that membership has nothing to do with visa regulations - as long as new EU members are not part of Schengen agreement (and this won't happen at least until 2007-2008) - you will need visa to visit these countries - unless of course your country has agreement about visa free entries.
