Einbürgerung for my wife
I got german passport about 2 years ago. now my wife wants to apply for Einbürgerung. Recently, she also paased Einbürgerung test. she has been living in Germany for 5.5 years. does she allowed to apply for Einbürgerung now? whats documents does she need for applying einbürgerung? she is from BW. she got also Niederlassung sometimes ago.

Why are you not going to the Einbürgeungsbehörde who can give you the most accurate information and is there to do this task ?

I think, spouse can apply after 3 years your EBG.
regarding req documents: they may differ a little for each individuals. best way is to ask auslaenderamt.
