BfA Pension Refund Question

Hi all

After waiting for 24 months, I finally applied to the BfA on my pension refund. I worked for 3-4 years in Germany and am a US citizen.

Does anyone know how long it typically takes for them to finish the process and send me the refund? They sent me a notice of receipt within a week or two, but now it's been a few months. How long should I expect? Has anyone been successful in doing this??
