Wage Tax Card

Hi,
I need advise from the members here, about the following situation.

- Company sends employee onsite to Germany.
- Pays 'per day allowance' at the end of the month.
- The Wage Tax card is sent by employee to a tax consultant in Germany, identified by the company
- The company I 'suppose' is paying taxes on behalf of the employee.

The tax consultant refuses to share any information about the Wage Tax Card or the entries, without the company's nod/approval. The company will not give any approval to get this information.

What should I do in this case.
