VoIP: Free/Cheap(Comparison) to Asia?

Hallo *,
with DSL(O2)

PC-to-Phone
could there be a Free/Cheap Provider
using VoIP to call Asia(Pak/India) on Landline/Mobile ?

Phone-to-PC
Free/Cheap VoIP Providing Local-Numbers(Pak/India) to be mapped to Softphone(thru Internet) ??

I read earlier about sipgate(offering for Germany/UK). Are these numbers free for normal Flatrate offered by the companies.
