Hello,
I am an Indian.This is my first post here.So please bear if something is wrong.I have a query to share :
My husband is having the niederlassungserlaubnis and I am having aufenthaltserlaubnis (company independent) valid till 2013. I am pregnant and willing to deliver the baby in India in late this year. Can someone guide me what will happen to my visa as well as if I can get some paper for the easy applying of visa of the baby from India ?

As far as I understand, your child will have to apply for a visa for Familienzusammenführung (joining the parents).
In general, you should keep in mind somethings in mind:
1. In case of pregnancy and delivery out of Germany, if you stay for more than 6 months out of Germany will make your current residencepermit invalid.
2. If your husband or you has been living in Germany for 8 years or more and the child is born in Germany, he/she will be a German citizen (you need to opt for it). However, if your child is born our of Germany, this doesnt apply
3. Please remember that all the medical costs related to childbirth will be borne by the insurance if child is born here. This wont be the case if child is born in India. And ofcourse the quality of healthcare here is great !
