Hellow,
I am working in germany from last Nine months and paying taxes over here.Now due to certaimn reasons the project is going to be out sourced.I have a valid residance permit and work permit.
I want to look for job here . Can i?
If yes than if I remain without job for some time than wheather i will get benefits or not?.

lol immediately after receiving a cancellation notice get a lawyer and submit a Kündigungsschutzklage to a local court of law, while a court of law processes it your residence permit is valid and cannot be cancelled. otherwise (as after 9 months you do not have any right for an unemployment benefit), officials from your local immigration office will abide you to leave the country
