UAE attestation

hi
i am civil engineer got job in Abudhabi..

as per company HR they need my degree certificate attested by Ministry of External Affairs,

i have done following stamping
university- Shivaji University Kolhapur.
Notary- Mumbai High Court
Home Ministry- Mantaralya Mumbai
Human Resourse Dept- Mantaralya Mumbai

now what is the next procedure how to get this Ministry of External Affairs in mumbai..
or after above stamp shall i directly go to UAE embassy at cuffpared mumbai for their stamp..

please advise me what is the updated ruls for degree certificate Attestation.
