Open source or IBM ?

If i need to choose the job from the options then if one company is totaly devoted to IBM technologies like websphere, ibm portlets or the other where i can get my hands on open source
technologies like Jboss,Spring,Struts,Glassfish and others ..So what can be good for carrer in future??

It is better to have a balanced knowledge in both, which i am sure will be possible for you by working in different projects oder?
