Need help for moving!!

Hi!
In February I move to Rosenheim and I plan to rent a truck, because we don't have much stuff. In Rosenheim I need help to carry the stuff from the truck to the flat. Where can I find one or two persons for two hours help? Arbeitsamt, Umzugfirma???
What else can you suggest generally for moving?
