Hi
I am new to Germany. At present living in Kiserslautern. I need help to find a job to my wife, she is american, she dont know German launguage. she need a job, where people need a english speaking person. I appreciate your help, if you could do some help in this regard.

Hi,
As a first step, take a look to www.jobpilot.de or www.monster.de or anything similar. In the search criteria, put "englisch" or "english" and other keywords which could reflect the qualifications of your wife.
