my old employer didnt pay salary.. what to do

Hi all,

Im in a big trouble, i have joined a company in January and left it in the last week of the month as I found the financial position of the company was not good, unfortunately this company is a one man company and didnt pay my salary for that month and its a 'GmnH', i hv been calling him regularly but he is ignoring my calls and now i need money, cud any one suggest a way to get my january salary from him.. as its a GmbH is there any legal way out.. pls help me out... Thanks
