Moving back to EU ? What happen to pension paid in Germany..

Hi Friends
I have one question regarding pension. I worked in DE for 61 months and moved to non-EU country. I am coming back to another EU country on resident-job visa. In this case can I still apply for my pension back from germany while living in another EU state ?
I am non-EU national , from a middle-east.

Any view on this situation will be helpful.

Also is there any lawyer in Germany who can help in pension claim issues , as my german is not good and to fill out forms while outside Germany will not be easy task.
