I need information please!!

Hallo!!
My name is Mary and I am married with a German guy since 9 months ago, I have the temporal residence permit but I think in 3 years I will get the permanent residence. I am peruvian, I am the only one child, my father died when I was 5 years old and my mother is now alone. I really miss her so much and can´t stand being far away from her. My question is: Do you know if I can bring her to live with me in Germany when I get the permanent residence? please help me!
