How many times the tax return form can be submitted ?
After reading several threads in Trust7 , I have come to realize that my tax-status is not complicated. So I am tempted to fill in the steuererklarung form by myself with the help of online translators and my German speaking friend.
However, I am worried that I may make mistakes. As a result, I may get lower than the expected tax refund from Finanzamt.
If such a bad thing happens, I would like to go to a Steurberator and then re-submit the steuererklarung form for the same year.
Am I allowed to do this re submission ?

No
What you can do is to challenge the Finanzamt decision with the help of lawyer, if you think something is not correct.

With the help of a lawyer ? You mean , a tax-consultant ( Steuerberater ) ?

Hello,
No need to resubmit your tax declaration. You have 3 days and 1 month to challenge or made correction after Finanzamt sent you thier calculation of your tax declaration.
My husband is a tax consultant..

I agree with me Janes. One of my friend did it like that., But I think in 3 months you can do that.
Do it with a tax practitioner, if you are expecting more than 500 euro.
