Freiberufler and car expenses deduction.

Hi All,

I have a question regarding tax(income and VAT) exemption for freelancer due to car expences.

What is the better option.
- leasing a car without downpayment
- leasing a car with downpayment
- buying a car through finance.

I have a very good offer pending but due to holidays tax consultant is not reachable.

Looking forward for your help.

So far as I know, leasing is the best option for a freelancer. The expense for leasing will directly be reduced from your income.

On the other hand, buying a car is not that a good option. Your total price will be spanned into 6 years to reduce your income.

Your tax lawyer will be able to decide rationally.
