Employer ignoring request for elterngeld
Hi there hope i'm using the correct section for my question.
I'm resident in Germany, and working from home for my UK employer
Had a baby in June, and had communicate to my employer my whish for taking 1 year off. No answer.
Also asked my employer if he could fill the form Bescheinigung B - Beschäftigungsnachweis des Arbeitgebers zum Antrag auf Elterngeld - that i sent translated in english. No answer.
As a result, germany can't calculate my elternzeit.
Any idea of how i can proceed here?
