Citizenship right by birth?

Hello,

I need an advise and hope somebody will be able to help me.
Born and raised in Germany, not living there anymore, but parents still have 'Aufenthaltserlaubniss' (had it for more than 4 years ). What does the law say about right to citizenship? Any age limits? Any lawyers you'd recommend to get in touch with?

Thanks a lot.

Re: Citizenship right by birth?

you should first think about getting aufenthalt and after 8 years you can get citizenship without problems.
but you are probably to old.
there is some limit to return.
i think after 18 it is to late.

if you are not living there(De) you can never get citizenship. so try to get AE first
